Operating Principle of the VSI Crusher
- Feed enters from the top into the feed chamber.
- Materials enter the rotor at high speed (2000–3000 rpm).
- The rotor throws the material outward, where it collides with:
- Anvils → Rock-on-Metal
- Other rocks inside the chamber → Rock-on-Rock
- Crushing occurs due to direct high-energy impact at high speed.
